(NRST) Spiro-Torq® is recommended for use
in the cased hole and is generally used for the purpose of
reducing torque, eliminating casing wear and protecting the
drill pipe tool joint against wear. The one piece, very robust
design of the sleeve allows for side loading in excess of
8,800 lbs whilst a minimum of 350 rotating hours is permitted
before tools need to be laid down (to date a record 1000 rotating
hours per sleeve has been achieved).
